NAVAJEEVAN 7 DAY NSS CAMP

               NAVAJEEVAN 7 DAY NSS CAMP

National Service Scheme Unit No: 267 conducted seven day camp named NAVAJEEVAN from February 19 to 22 at Sabarmathi , Study and Research Center for Arts and Culture. The main theme of the camp is plastic free kerala. A total of 48 registered NSS volunteers participated in the camp. These 7 days, we have engaged in a lot of activities and programmes. Each day we had different different events and programmes. One day we performed a street drama in Cheruvannur town. We organized an event at night for the natives of Cheruvannur to perform their talents. We were happy that the co-operation  and help of people helped us a lot. We were completely grateful for that. We have cleaned the canal and got the opportunity for trekking.Sabarmathi, the centre gave us a powerful and safe shield as a home. Its only because of Ajayan sir. The support of Punjayath members were a great relief. Among us, there were students who were not ready to perform infront of many people. But we encouraged them to take initiative. The constant hardwork of our programme officer Shyni Miss and our student co-ordinator Dana made this camp possible. The immense support from College Principal Prof. Dr. K Y Benedict sir and other teachers should be appreciated. We, the student voluteers happily completed 7 day camp. In my opinion, if there is any best camper award, we happily choose Prabeesh Kumar. These 7 days were a menmory, which we will cherish in our life.
